BKtech - Site-built Bioenergy Plants
BKtech is also a supplier of site-built bioenergy solutions, not only in Sweden but also internationally. In most cases, such projects are carried out in connection with the construction of new production facilities – in other cases, on-site construction is called for in order to optimise available space or in the case of upgrades to existing boiler rooms. Our approach involves us taking overall responsibility for our projects and delivering system solutions based on sound technology and standardised components of the highest quality. This results in reliable and future-proof solutions that help our clients go fossil-free and lower their energy-related costs. We call it BioFlex.
Mobile Bioenergy Plants
BKtech - Mobile Bioenergy Plant
BioOne is our family of mobile bioenergy plants that use wood pellets as an energy source in outputs ranging from 870 kW to 2 MW. BioOne is available in a number of configurations that are optimised for the production of steam, warm water, hot water or hot oil.
BKtech - Mobile Bioenergy Plant
BioTwin relies on the very same technical foundations as BioOne, but it comes equipped with double bio-boilers for wood pellets – hence the name. BioTwin is available in 3 or 4 MW models and it is up to you to determine the type of production: steam, warm water, hot water or hot oil.
BKtech - Mobile Bioenergy Plant
BioMulti is a series of efficient and flexible bioenergy plants with multi-fuel burners. While wood powder is its primary fuel, BioMulti also thrives on bio-oil, biogas, natural gas, LPG and E01. Our powerful BioMulti is available in outputs ranging from 3 to 7 MW.
BKtech - Mobile Bioenergy Plant
BioMax is one of a kind among mobile bioenergy plants in the range of 7–15 MW. As such, BioMax is just as suitable for industrial applications as it is for municipalities looking to phase out their fossil-fueled heating plants. BioMax is arranged in modules and equipped with multi-fuel burners that can either run on wood powder or alternative fuels.
