Free Flow Plate Heat Exchanger

Free Flow plate heat exchangers function identically to other plate heat exchangers. The difference between Free Flow plates and normal plates can be found in the corrugation pattern. The corrugation pattern of this series of plate heat exchangers shows free-flow sections which retain block free even when the process media contain fibres or pieces.

Moist Exhaust Air

The Blue Tower II is a new technological development to recuperate heat from moist air, more specifically exhaust air which has come out of dryers, cooking or baking setups etc. The recovered heat can be used to preheat process water or process air. This air or water can also be enriched thermally using a heat pump if the situation demands it.
