Bold - Mobile Total Flow Coolers for Gas and Liquid Temperature Reduction
Mobile Total Flow Coolers are specialized units designed by Bold to efficiently lower gas and liquid temperatures, aligning with downstream process requirements. These systems enhance production streams, hence enabling increased oil and natural gas output. The design features forced draft, trailer-mounted packages powered by an electric motor. Such power can be accessed through electric co-op or integrated natural gas power generation systems from Bold itself. The operational process initiates as the process flow enters via the inlet piping at the trailer edge. It then travels to the cooler's top, entering a header box to pass through coils. Advanced monitoring allows adjustments in fan speed and louver positioning to retain desired temperatures. Finally, the cooled flow exits through the outlet piping. The system not only ensures safer process cooling but also enhances cost-efficiency and overall production effectiveness.

Bold - Glycol Dehydration Units for Natural Gas Processing
B-Dry Glycol Dehydration Units are essential in the process of removing water vapor from natural gas, which is critical for minimizing hydrates, reducing pipeline corrosion, and maintaining the integrity of downstream or downhole equipment. These modular units are engineered for efficiency and are equipped with a comprehensive system including inlet filtration, an absorber, a regeneration system, redundant pumps, and a charcoal filter. The units also feature a BTEX system, a burner management system, and telemetry, all contained on a single skid. The process involves saturated gas entering through a gas inlet, where particulates are filtered out before the gas flows to the glycol absorber tower. In this tower, the gas rises through packing or bubble cap trays while glycol descends in a counter-current flow, aiding absorption. The dry gas is then directed through a heat exchanger to the gas outlet while the rich glycol is regenerated to a lean state, ready for recirculation.
