Bosch - Bosch Hot water boiler - Unimat UT-M series

The Bosch UT-M hot water boiler offers efficient heating and process heat for a wide range of applications - from industrial processes to heating plants. With its output sizes of 750 to 19,200 kW heat at up to 16 bar and a temperature range of up to 190 °C, the UT-L adapts perfectly to individual requirements.
In combination with condensing technology, the hot water boiler achieves efficiencies of up to 105%, which reduces operating costs and emissions. Its compact design makes it easy to install and ensures quick heating. Thanks to project-specific control solutions and optional real-time monitoring, operational management is always optimized. Bosch offers the UT-M as a complete system from a single source and provides options for low-emission or CO₂-neutral operation. The UT-H is the ideal solution for industrial processes with high temperature and pressure requirements. Bosch offers the high-pressure hot water boiler with outputs from 820 to 18,300 kW and temperatures of up to 225 °C. The UT-H is used in processing industries and district heating networks in particular.
Thanks to customer-specific design and future-proof technology, the UT-H remains economical and sustainable in the long term - also thanks to its convertibility to climate-neutral fuels. Individual control concepts with connection to central automation systems and remote monitoring from Bosch optimise operation. Custom designs as waste heat boilers expand the range of applications. The Bosch CSB Dampfkessel offers a wide performance range from 300 to 23,600 kg/h at pressures of 0.5 to 16 bar and meets the strict emission requirements of the MCPD Directive (EU) 2015/2193. The compact boiler is ideal for industrial and commercial process heat applications (e.g. food) and offers a reliable supply with consistently high steam quality.
Thanks to the integrated economiser and helical heat exchanger tubes, the CSB achieves high energy efficiency. With coordinated burners and controls, the steam generator fulfils strict emission limits. The compact boiler can be operated with natural gas, oil, biogas or up to 20% hydrogen or equipped with a multi-fuel firing system. Its innovative design with a telescopic reversing chamber facilitates maintenance and inspection. The intuitive boiler control CSC (up to 4 t/h) or BCO ensures convenient operation.
