The PATCUT2156 Series is a versatile battery powered latch cutter designed to cut a variety of different cable types and materials including: CU and Al cable up to 2.00” dia., 2156 ACSR cable, ¾” ground rod, 9/16” EHS Guy wire and 5/8” rebar. As part of the BURNDY PATRIOT line of battery operated tools, the PATCUT2156 cutter series is powered by Makita 18V battery technology and being offered in both Lithium Ion and NiMH depending upon customer needs.   Other features include the BURNDY INFINITYDRIVE gearbox with lifetime warranty, durable hardened steel blades and the proven reliable hydraulics you’ve come to expect from BURNDY.

The BURNDY Y6NCP1 and Y6NCP1SD pneumatic tools are designed for OEMs seeking medium-volume production tooling for crimping loose-piece terminals and splices. The tools offer a UL Listed connection for a wide variety of BURNDY connectors.

The PATRIOT IN-LINE PATMD6-LI series can be used for continuous use without a cool down period. BURNDY has incorporated Lithium-ion (Li-ion) technology, enhanced electronics and refined hydraulic systems for ultimate performance and reliability. The unique C-Head tool allows users to simply scoop and cut without theneed to open and close a latch, making cutting easier in a variety ofapplications. The PATHCC10 and RHCC10 Series of cutters are available with four(4) individually designed blades enabling users to optimize the cutting of theintended cable type with ease and effectiveness. A variety of options areoffered including ordering the tools with all blades or specifc blades only.The PATHCC10 is a self-contained battery operated cutting tool (18 Volt Ni-MH)and the RHCC10 is a remote power operated hydraulic cutter (10,000 psi). Bothplatforms also have covered head versions available.

These Finger-Safe kits are available for our Open Style Configurable Series Power Distribution Blocks to convert them to Finger-Safe Styles, and for adding poles to existing Finger-Safe models. Finger-Safe kits provide a level of added protection and safety by preventing accidental brush contact with energized surfaces and provide IEC60529 IP-20 rating. Kits contain translucent polycarbonate top covers and end plates. Assembly is completed quickly and easily by sliding end plates into side barrier grooves and attaching the top cover to side barrier pins.
