C-deg - Flares for Oil Associated Gas and Flash Gas
During oil and natural gas production, associated gases accrue. Due to their amount, composition and chemical properties, they cannot be used for energy generation. These gases can be completely oxidized in c-deg high temperature flares (incinerators) at a temperature up to 1,200 °C. This minimizes their environmental impact while meeting (or exceeding) the TA Luft requirements. Because this type of combustion works without visible flames and only the hot and transparent exhaust-gas plume leaves the combustion chamber, this type of flare is not perceived as a typical gas flare. This reduces criticism from residents and environmental activists.
C-deg - Flares for Pyrolysis-Syn and Wood Gas
The thermal degradation of organic substances under air exclusion is an alternative to AD plants in order to obtain an energetically utilizable gas from biomass. The wood- and pyrolysis gases resulting from these types of processes have a significantly different composition compared to biogas. Especially the high hydrogen content and the usually high gas temperature have to be taken into account. As a result, the flare and especially the burner have to be adapted to these special conditions. c-deg provides the perfect flares also for this field of application.
C-deg - Flares with Integrated Heat Recovery System
The task of flares is the environmentally sound combustion of excess gases. The operational circumstances often put limitations to the utilization of the energy released. It is desirable to use this excess energy in order to avoid the negative image of "energy destruction".
C-deg - Gas Blowers and Booster Stations
The conveying of gas in the first place requires a gas blower that is adapted to the specific requirements of the plant. Typical parameters for design and dimensioning are: volumetric gas flow gas temperature gas composition, suction pressure, operating pressure.
C-deg - Mobile Flares Unit
For applications that only require a flare for a short period or for customers who must be capable of flaring at several sites not simultaneously, c-deg offers a variety of mobile flare types, as low or high temperature versions.
