CALVERA´s Hydrogen Hub comprises all systems, equipment and associated services working in synchronization. From H2 molecule generation (after H2 molecule is generated) to final consumer, allowing the integration of renewable energy to develop the hydrogen circular economy. CALVERA HYDROGEN offers a complete range of Hydrogen Refuelling Stations (HRS), either stationary, mobile or as required for a demonstration project. A 350-bar pressure of supply is typically employed for heavy duty vehicles such as trucks, buses, or trains among others and whereas a 700 bar pressure of supply is employed for light duty vehicles such as cars. All our standard HRS refuel in just a few minutes. CALVERA HYDROGEN´s hydrogen manufacturing standards integrates H2 storage, compression systems, dispensers and their controls and interconnections to optimize the installation, with the maximum amount of hydrogen in the minimum amount of space, according to each project’s needs. Mobile hydrogen fuellers, where hydrogen and compression and dispensing equipment are stored onboard a trailer, are also supplied by CALVERA HYDROGEN, to support the quick expansion of hydrogen infrastructure.

We work closely with our Clients to customize the tube trailers according to their requirements and standards making sure all leased units comply with the final destination legislation and are manufactured with the required quality and safety standards. Different compression technologies (hydraulic, diaphragm) from leading worldwide manufacturers Containerized solutions come in different sizes depending on the desired capacity (20 ft, 30 ft, 40 ft) and integrate the compressor and all of its auxiliar systems (cooling system, control panels, low pressure buffer etc). “Plug and play” configuration. The equipment is designed with standard mechanical and electrical connections allowing quick installation in Client facilities and the possibility of interconnecting more units in parallel for expanding existing installations.
