The Carlo Gavazzi EM21 is a revolutionary combined DIN-Rail and Panel mounting meter. An extremely versatile energy meter that can be used on all types of supply (1-2-3 phase). This meter is CT-connected and has a pulse output. A full set of instrumentation values (Voltage, Current etc.) is available on the multi-line LCD display. Class 1 accuracy. The innovative design of the EM21 with its removable front LCD display means. The same unit can be used either as a DIN-rail mounting or a 72x72 mm panel-mounting energy meter.

Carlo Gavazzi offers a comprehensive range of Solid State Relays (SSR`s) featuring direct copper bonding technology for increased life and reliability. SSR’s are used extensively in the plastics, packaging, food processing, and HVAC industries - primarily for temperature control. Other applications include lighting and pump switching. Many of our relays feature horsepower ratings, that make them suitable for controlling motorized dampers in HVAC control systems. In these particular systems, our relays are the ideal replacements for mechanical contactors, because of their long life and noise-free switching. Furthermore, we also offer a complete range of SSR`s with a built-in heatsink.

Carlo Gavazzi offers a range of Motor Controllers for soft starting/stopping, dynamic braking, and reversing of three phase squirrel cage motors. Applications include conveyor systems, pumps, compressors, industrial dryers, mixers, automatic doors, palletizers, and fans. Our soft starters are available with a characteristic ramp suited to start both compressors and pumps. It also includes a `Kick-Start` feature to start loads with a higher break-away torque. Our soft start controllers are provided by internal bypass relays which eliminate the need for large external heatsinks. This feature minimizes the space requirements in your panel and also greatly reduces the heat generated

The VariFlex2 Series is a compact, user friendly, and feature-laden AC Frequency Drive to be used with 3-phase AC induction motors. The VariFlex2 employs state of the art microprocessor technology which controls all drive functions. VariFlex2 - RVCF motor drives cover general purpose motor control applications from 0.40 to 55.0 kW (0.50 up to 75.0 Hp) and offer a complete set of features and options usually available only on larger drives. VariFlex2 - RVCF series is available in six frame sizes, covering the main supply voltages (230 Vac - 1/3 ph. and 480 Vac - 3ph.).

Connection cables for use in normal environments. Inexpen- sive cable ideally suited for a static and less demanding use. Suitable for medium mechani-cal demands like in packaging machines, assembly- and pro- duction lines. The connectors have a good resistance against chemicals. The cables are not resistant against oil and lubri-cants and have a limited resis-tance towards abrasion. The connectors are available in 3, 4 or 5 wire versions as well as straight or angled versions.
