LV motor control centres are provided in accordance with BSEN 61439-:2011. Castlet provides both fixed pattern and withdrawable, Form 3 and Form 4 per specification requirements; tailor made to suit consumer lists and where possible, space limitations. Provision can be made for the customers` preference of `branded` components.

Castlet Limited design, manufacture, install and commission a wide range of bespoke DC power supplies and sophisticated controls for various industrial applications.

Power distribution transformers (usually Cast Resin), together with their enclosures. For turnkey projects, MV:LV power distribution transformers (usually Cast Resin), together with their enclosures, ACB protection to the LV MCC/Auxiliary equipment, automatic bus ties for redundant ACB combinations form part of a turnkey solution.

Where Form 4 MCCs are not stipulated by the client specification, auxiliary cubicles can be provided. Wardrobe style, containing Incoming power protection, and Motor starters, usually DOL type, but variations to include Star/Delta, reversing, or VSDs also provided.

Castlet produces a range of Battery Chargers which are multipurpose units, for charging Lead Acid, Ni Cd or Li-ion batteries. The chargers can control automatically to operate in constant current (CC) mode or constant voltage (CV) mode. Many can initiate an automatic charging process. Output current is inhibited if no battery is connected to the dc output terminals or if the battery voltage is less than 1 volt.
