Energy Advice is an umbrella approach for Caverion’s energy advice services. These services aim to reduce the environmental impact without compromising the indoor environment and comfortable working conditions. Energy advice is our pledge to the environment and our clients’ businesses.

For all service customers, we also provide renovation, modernisation and installation of technical equipment – this is defined as a Service Project.

An Energy Perfomance Contracting (EPC) service is a long-term contract where different energy efficiency means and investments are financed by savings in energy costs. This is the next step in optimising your building and its performance.  As a partner, Caverion guarantees that your budget is kept during the agreement, covering analyses, decisions, modernisations and in-house follow ups.
