The Carbonator is an online-carbonation system for accurate and continuous carbonation of beverages. The full automatic System measures and controls the content of CO₂. It works without losses and is fully CIP capable. Due to its compact and modular design, it can be easily integrated into any existing plant system.

Many processes and components in the pharmaceutical industry require a sterilization ( SIP ) with pure steam. Therefore the hygienic production requires ultrapure water (highly purified water) which is used for the steam production for sterilisation. Centec offers also correspondingly sized distillation plants with attached circulation evaporator as well as falling film evaporator in the form of increased multistage pressure coloumn. The essential components of the Pure steam generator are the heater radiator and the evaporator. The heater radiator is carried out as pipe bundle heater radiator with a double tube ground. The pipe bundle consists of stainless steel tubes.
