This product is mainly used for centralized regeneration treatment of various lubrication oils (hydraulic oil, gear oil, compressor oil, refrigerating machine oil, etc.)

It is used for new oil filling, purification and regeneration treatment of unqualified high-accuracy lubricating oil such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, refrigerating oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil and quenching oil. The treated lubricating oil is of low emulsifying value, low water content and high cleanness and can be used repeatedly for domestic and international high-precision lubrication equipments

It is mainly used for new oil filling and treating unqualified turbine oil, especially for the seriously emulsified turbine oil mixed with water and air due to poor water seal, and also for other lubricating oil needing dehydrating, removing impurities and demulsifying. The oil can be demulsified thoroughly and the treated oil is not easy to be emulsified again. The machine not only dehydrates largely but also drains off water without stopping machine, comprehensively improving the performance of poor oil.

It is used for 35kv and above power transmission and distribution equipments and national main distribution nets. This machine dehydrates, removes gas and impurities thoroughly at high speed. Treated oil` s limit withstand voltage is increased and meets the oil standards quickly. It is not only for purifying oil, but also for working as an independent vacuum device to provide vacuum treating for power insulating equipment.

It applies for charging new oil as insulating oil, transformer oil, and mutual inductor oil, refining the on-line working oil, as well as regenerating the worn out oil. The insulating oil in the electrical equipment will be maintained in good condition as the periodically treatment or long time on-line treatment of purifier to be carried out. To remove of contaminant produced from oil in the equipment in time decreases the production of waste oil, saves the cost on purchasing oil, and improves the economic benefit of company.

It applies to different fields as electricity, cement, oil, chemical, metallurgy, mineral exploration, machinery, aviation, shipbuilding, etc. For different lubricating oil, to charge new oil for equipment, to do purification for the on-line working oil. Application of filter press for on-line equipment can maintain the performance of oil all along. It removes of contamination contained in oil for on-line equipment in time, which decreased the production of waste oil, so that to reduce the cost of running equipment, as well as to lessen the wearing of working equipment, and extended the life time of working equipment.

The machine is mainly used for electric power, metallurgy, coal mine and other industries, that is, for compensation of oil in vacuum and under live working condition to oil-filled device in operation, and for compensation or filling of oil in vacuum to the oil-filled device after the device` s examination and repair. Especially, it is used for filling or compensating oil to oil-immersed transformers under 220kv and metal expanders, as well as providing vacuum source for electric power equipment and non oil-filled device.

It is applied to the industry of flammability and explosibility, and used for purification and regeneration treatment of industrial waste oil such as insulating oil, turbine oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, heat transfer oil, refrigerating oil and compressor oil. The electric of machine meets the testing requirement of national industry department for explosion-protection device.

The equipment is used for purifying switch oils, small transformer oils and mutual inductor oils.
