7.6 kWh Electric Motorcycle Battery Pack
The unique pack designed by the team at CIE Solutions is a 7.6 kWh lithium-ion NMC battery pack. It`s comprised of 600 individually wire-bonded 18650 cells and housed in a custom aluminum extruded enclosure. The entire battery pack and electronics were designed to be fully immersed in a non-conductive cooling bath to allow for maximum performance from the cells. It was rapidly prototyped with in-house 3D printing and CNC techniques but ultimately designed for production using injection molding to minimize manufacturing costs for the client. **Please note, these are custom prototypes and are not available as an off-the-shelf solution.
1.1 kWh Robotic Battery Pack
Compact design for maximum battery capacity in smallest footprint. Demonstrated use of Ultrasonic Wire Bonding to connect cells together without the need for bulky busbars.
100 kWh EV Battery Pack
Quick turn around for prototype battery packs using readily available Battery Modules. Use of liquid cooling for higher performance and longer battery life.
73 kWh Lithium Titanate Battery Pack
73 kWh high input/output lithium titanite battery pack. CIE Solutions was contracted to design, build, and integrate this pack for 40 ton Siemens based electric mining vehicle.
50 kWh EV Battery Pack
Split pack allowed customer greater design flexibility in battery placement. Weight distribution was spread evenly across the vehicle. AESC/ Nissan cells were used for cost and reliability.
