PCA`s are part of CEC`s package of Due Diligence Services. Often required by lenders, a PCA provides an analysis of a building or facility (including site features such as parking lots) to help establish a buyer`s risk due to the condition of the facility. The analysis includes architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems and elements.
