Air Source Heat Pumps - CO2 Heat Pumps – High Temperature

Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Heat Pump

Using CO2 as its refrigerant the 50kW Acer delivers high temperatures, 70 to 80 degrees, and the high performance associated with CO2. It comes in two models – low noise and ultra low noise – and is as close to plug-and-play as a commercial heat pump can get. The Acer is also available as part of our Acer Plant-Room pack.

Heat Pump Plant-Room

With our Acer Plant-Room you get everything you need to connect our Acer CO2 heat pump to your heat emitters and valves. We can also supply pre-selected heat emitters as radiators, unit heaters or a mix of both. It’s incredibly easy to install and is ideal for commercial and heat-only applications.

Refrigeration - Clade Refrigeration

Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Refrigeration System

Clade’s Micro CO2 50 to 65Kw pack is in stock. The micro pack is a MT only low-capacity CO2 pack, designed for convenience and small supermarket installations. Utilising Emerson Stream technology the pack can be configured in multiple options based on 2 or 3 compressors with duties ranging from 45-65kw. Available for installation into a plant room or supplied in an ultra-low noise housing. The micro pack range is ideal for urban projects where environmental impact and capital costs are measured equally. What’s really great? They’re available now!

Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Refrigeration

The Clade CO2 Max pack is a 200kW-1mW refrigeration pack that can be supplied as LT only, MT only or a dual temperature variant. With several component selection options, including compressors, controls, enclosure, gas cooler etc. it’s a flexible solution that can be customised on a project-by-project basis. The heat reclaim option provides the potential for the re-purposing of waste heat that is generated during the refrigeration cycle. This heat can be used for various applications such as environmental heating, pre-heating of water for production processes or general hot water, maximising overall system efficiency. The ability to combine cooling and heating makes the Max pack suitable for various applications, including large Commercial and small to mid-sized Industrial applications, particularly considering any facility that requires a combination of freezing, chilling and heating.

Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Refrigeration

Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is a naturally occurring substance that is produced by most living organisms during respiration and is absorbed by plants. It can also be used as a refrigerant (technically known as R744) and is quickly becoming the refrigerant of choice for food retail, agricultural and light industrial refrigeration installations. With a GWP of 1, this environmentally friendly, non-flammable refrigerant has excellent heat transfer properties, which make it the ideal solution for various applications. CO2 is a proven refrigeration solution, providing the end user with a future-proofed installation, helping them to achieve environmental targets linked to the Kigali amendment to the Montreal Protocol and the F-Gas regulations.
