Electric Radiant Heating System in Multi-Layer Textile

An innovative ELECTRICAL HEATING TEXTILE that combines a deep knowledge in textile materials with the employ of electricity. The Energy Textile (ET) sector produces and markets technologically innovative heating textiles which generate energy-efficient and cost-effective heat thanks to the combination of textile materials, constructions and finishing treatments using electricity. After a three-years-long research, Cofilea has launched ET-1000, an eco-sustainable multilayer technical fabric, which generates thermal energy, i.e. heat with electricity by means of the Joule effect.

Mobile electric heating system

The EH-POWERBELT thermo-electric bands are applied externally to the container and combined with the thermostats of the EH-CONTROL line are ideal for heating and maintaining the temperature of food, liquids or other material in fiberglass, metal or plastic tanks, in wooden barriques and tonneaux, in terracotta or ceramic amphorae. A lot of companies industry can have some problems during the processing of the products due to low temperatures. For this reason Cofilea has created EH-POWERBELT, a heating system that uses the ET technology, which is applicable on tanks and cisterns to facilitate the fermentation or to maintain a smooth fluidity. Electric Heating System for Agriculture

The heating system, consisting of EH-POWERGROUND electric heating mats and EH-CONTROL thermostats, represent the latest evolution of heating for greenhouses. EH-POWERGROUND is a heating mat made with patented technology, internally insulated, covered with a special waterproof and fertilizer-resistant PVC. It is designed to maximize efficiency and economy by concentrating the heat in the part that most needs it: the substrate, in order to facilitate the absorption of nutrients. Our radiant system can be used in flower farming and horticulture as ground heating, with the purpose of reducing and controlling the duration of the growing period, between the seeding or transplantation and the moment of marketability of the plant.
