Clamp one pulley flush against the shoulder of the Double Pulley Hub and weld both together. Slide the second pulley into the 1 5/8`` diameter step. Clamp so that it is tight against the first pulley and weld the pulley to the hub on the 1 5/8`` diameter step.The Double Pulley Hubs are designed to eliminate any special fixtures for pulley alignment and positioning.
