On-Line Fuel Blending Analyzers
On-line Octane Analyzer
The Model 8200 on-line Octane Analyzer is used for the continuous, accurate and reliable determination of blended gasoline octane numbers. The 8200 analyzer is fully compliant with ASTM D2699, D2700 and D2885. The Model 8200 is mounted directly to a CFR engine and includes all necessary engine accessories along with all analog and digital input/outputs needed for on-line analysis. The analyzer interfaces to an in-line blending system to enable octane control of gasoline blends.
Complete Web Based Multiple Engine Analyzer System
COMOC-6 is Core Laboratories` premier on-line octane analyzer. This system builds on the COMOC-V web based data server and provides a modern, rugged engine console that is easy to operate and maintain. The COMOC-6 offers a complete replacement for the industry standard COMOC-III system. This octane analyzer is directly compatible with Honeywell`s Experion™ industrial control platform. COMOC-6 utilizes a server computer to control up to ten engines and interface with up to three blenders. The server, engine consoles and engine hardware are designed with reliability in mind.
Multiple Engine Analyzer
Core Laboratories COMOC-V is the successor to the industry standard COMOC-III System. This system when used in conjunction with ASTM Research and Motor Method engines automatically determines the quality of in-line blended gasolines. COMOC-V is cabable of handling simultaneously up to 10 engines and 3 in-line blenders. Octane Analysis is performed by either the knock intensity or compression ratio approach. The COMOC-V System is powered by a Windows® Server and the COMOC-V Data Server Software. The COMOC-V Data Server controls the CFR engines and provides HTTP Services to clients on the network. Multiple engine or blend operators can simultaneously connect to the data server via a web browser and issue commands or monitor engine statuses. Fuel Testing Equipment - CFR Engines and Analyzers
Combination (Research and Motor method) Octane Rating Unit
The model F-1/F-2 Combination CFR engine is used to determine the octane quality of gasoline and fuel blending components. This unit is recognized and approved by ASTM D2699 and D2700. This unit is equipped with a heavy duty CFR-48D type crankcase, variable compression cylinder, carburetor with adjustable fuel to air ratio, and knock measurement equipment.
Cetane Method Diesel Fuel Rating Unit
The model F-5 CFR engine is a complete system for diesel fuel cetane number determination, conforming to ASTM D613 Standard Test Method for Cetane Number of Diesel Fuel Oil. This method is accepted worldwide as the standard for determining the ignition quality of diesel fuels.
Derived Cetane Number Analyzer
The model FIT (Fuel Ignition Tester) is a desktop analyzer designed to rate derived cetane number. The FIT conforms to ASTM D7170 and IP method #PM-DI-05 to provide automated analysis of diesel fuel DCN. The analyzer is easy to use, compact and robust with a simple computerized operator interface. Maintenance of the FIT is minimal.
