The Isolating contact has a Complex Geometry consisting of Flower bud like 8mm wide X 2mm thick 8 Fingers with close tolerances. The challenging part was to achieve dimensions after collapsing within close tolerances. Uniform Tension required at the Formed mouth of Isolating contact to sustain the Grip upon mounting on the Male Contact.

Grip Contact has to maintain a gripping force on the Fixed Contact. Deep U bend dimensions along with 2mm wide slit are critical to Quality and Process for achieving the desired gripping force. 2 pierced holes of 8.5 0 on the longer arm having reference to the U bend line & Slit.
