The CPE30D-XXD is a brewery heat exchanger for cooling wort from 200° F to 70° F using city water at around 50 F. This heat exchanger is designed so that the discharged water is hot enough to put into your HLT for your next brew. They are designed to cool a batch in approximately 30 minutes.
