D&H Equipment designs and manufactures asphalt booster heaters. These heaters operate by circulating liquid asphalt directly through a vertical helical coil heater. A burner mounted at the bottom of the elevated heater provides two-pass heating directly to the asphalt coil. These solutions have the capacity to quickly provide up to a 75°F rise in asphalt temperature as it passes through the system at approximately 300gpm.

Heat exchangers are a vital part of your heating requirements and at D&H Equipment we design and manufacture our own line of heat exchangers. Heating viscous fluids such as asphalt and bitumen often require a custom design to accurately transfer product for polymer blending and at the load rack. D&H Equipment manufactures shell and tube design heat exchangers that conforms to ASTM standards and depending on size, offers single pass shell and multiple pass tube.
