All Dragons have a thermostatically controlled fan to modify the rate of burning. The ratio of primary air (under the fire) and secondary air (over the fire to burn the gases) can be adjusted to suit your fuel and your heat demand. All Dragons are heavily insulated to reduce heat loss, and the furnace walls are boiler plate – thicker than most to increase the life of your heater. Dragon Biomass have developed two ranges The range you choose depends on the moisture content of your fuel.

The heater, accumulator and other equipment including the shunt pump and the electrics in a 20ft or 40ft container – it is delivered by HIAB lorry to an accessible, level site. You supply the connections for the plumbing and electrics, and the heating should be up and running within a couple of hours of delivery. The system is weatherproof, vandal proof and can be re-located as required. Ideal for seasonal applications, the unit can be hired, subject to availability. It is easy to install with minimum of site work.
