E-Tech - Condensing Economizers

Condensing Economizers – The cost-efficient way to convert water vapor to recaptured heat. During combustion of natural gas, water in the combustion air changes phase from liquid to gas. As a result, combustion products of natural gas typically contain 11% to 12% moisture, which represents up to 9% of beginning fuel content. With typical economizers, this energy escapes into the atmosphere with heated boiler gases. But a condensing economizer allows its recapture.

E-Tech - Direct Fired Process Heaters

E-Tech direct-fired heaters are designed to meet the thermal needs of your system while minimizing fuel usage. Our engineers specialize in the design of two types of high efficiency direct-fired heaters: vertical cylindrical heaters for smaller applications and horizontal cabin heaters for larger ones. We use top-of-the-line burners that can be fueled by natural gas or oil, and that minimize NOx and CO2 emission levels. Our long-life units can be engineered precisely to your size and space requirements.

Custom designed, with capacities ranging from 10,000–250,000+ pph. E-Tech thermal fluid heaters recover heat from kilns, ovens, incinerators, and other sources and transfers it to thermal fluids. E-Tech can design a suitable heat sink for virtually any application where excess heat is generated.

E-Tech - Heat Recovery Steam Generators

E-Tech combines its long-life economizers with equally dependable evaporator, feedwater heater, and superheater components in custom heat recovery steam generators. Our engineers will custom-design your HRSG unit, taking into consideration the specific operating requirements of your plant and steam turbine-driving needs in a single, fully assembled package. We can also apply supplemental components as needed for your particular application.

Waste Heat Boilers

E-Tech - Firetube Waste Heat Boilers

Custom solutions ranging from 100–1000 HP and up to 300 psi. Excellent for Petrochemical and Thermal Oxidizer Applications. Fire-tube boilers work by forcing exhaust gases through tubes immersed in water and represent the most economical means of generating steam from waste heat. E-Tech fire-tube boilers are generally used to generate steam from engine, thermal oxidizer and furnace exhaust.

E-Tech - Watertube Waste Heat Boilers

Custom solutions ranging from 10,000–150,000 pph and pressures up to 700 psi. Accommodates Multiple Fuels, Clean and Dirty. Water-tube boilers employ water-filled tubes within a gas-tight enclosure. Hot flue gasses are passed over the tubes, resulting in rapid boiler response to changes in process conditions.
