Capacity building support
On-the-job Training of Engineers
Capacity building of engineers of our clients through on-the-job trainings is one of priority areas of Energy Advisory. We share our experience to ensure that our consultancy services are successful in the long term cooperation with our Clients. Our training sessions are covering following topics:
Design of high voltage power plants, substations, transmission lines
Design of high voltage transmission line towers and foundations (checking methodology, load calculation and analysis, tower member and connection design, foundation design, design drawings, testing procedures etc.)
Training on OPGW, OPUC, the base conception of optical devices , SCADA system
Special trainings in regard of Environmental Management Plan and Resettlement Action Plan issues.
