Eagle Technology Norway is the company’s head office and has sales and management located in Halden, Norway.

Bosnia

Eagle Technology Bosnia is located in Zepce, Bosnia and is responsible for engineering, documentation, production and local sales, which includes sales within the Balkan area, Austria and Germany.

Focus Area

The company is focused on construction and design of machines to oil and gas industry, steel constructions and products, refrigeration machines, pressure tanks and welding services.

Organisation

Eagle Technology is today run by Roy Moberg – CEO, Kent Moberg – CFO and Ivo Klaric – CEO ETB. Eagle Technology Bosnia is 90 % owned by Eagle Technology Norge, the remaining shares is owned by Ivo Klaric. Eagle Technology Norge is 100 % owned by Eagle AS.
