Ebco manufactures Wall-type penstock for installation in orifices in walls and Channel-type penstock for installation in open channels suitable for clean liquids or liquids loaded with solids with perimeter and side seal acc. to DIN 19569-4/5. Ebco penstock design – square/rectangular (MC) or round (MR) for wall-type, suited to customer requirements.

Ebco Hydro Services provides hydro turbine parts for Francis and Kaplan, including propellers, large pumps, pump-turbines, and Kaplan conversions. All of our designs are customized to meet specific project requirements including life extension, increased capacity, peak efficiency, elimination of cavitation, and environmentally friendly technology.

Ebco steel trash racks are installed at the inlets of the diversion channel of hydropower stations and the inlets and tailgates of pumped-storage power stations. They are designed to block the solid debris carried by the water flow and do not enter the diversion channel to ensure that the gate and turbine equipment are not damaged, and the normal operation of the equipment is ensured. The trash rack can be arranged in a straight line or a semicircular line on the plane and can be erected or inclined on the vertical plane, depending on the nature, the amount of dirt, the user requirements, and the cleaning method. The inlets of high-head dam-type hydropower stations are generally upright semi-circular, and the inlet gates, hydraulic tunnels, and water pipelines are mostly straight lines.

Knife Gate Valves for pressures up to 100 psi. This valve is used primarily for free water discharge and flow control on dams and reservoirs.

Butterfly Valves meet the requirements of AWWA C504 and C516 standards. They are used for shutoff on clean water and gases.
