Exothermics - Sinusoidal Plate (SP) Stainless Steel Exchangers

Exothermics SP Sinusoidal Plate Heat Exchangers are the flagship products of the Exothermics line. Our exclusive sinusoidal plate design provides maximum effectiveness and the highest performance available on the market today. High heat transfer effectiveness is produced by corrugating the heat transfer plates to achieve our proprietary sinusoidal wave pattern. The corrugated surface creates air flow turbulence as the air passes through the unit. Heat transfer is further enhanced by using a counter flow design. SP heat exchangers feature fully welded stainless steel construction for robust, durable performance, maximum efficiency and short payback time.

Exothermics DIR - Dimple Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger

Dimple Plate Heat Exchangers; Exothermics` DSP Dimple Plate Heat Exchangers are fully-welded and can be manufactured in a wide variety of sizes. They can also be configured for counter-flow or cross-flow operation. In these exchangers the parallel plates are formed with either staggered or inline dimple patterns to reduce the potential for particulate fouling. The Dimple Plate Heat Exchanger can recover energy from an industrial exhaust with temperatures up to 1,200° F (650° C). With a design that takes the guesswork out of start-up and adjustment, the RatioMatic burner is both safe and easy to use. The burner features a ratio regulator that automatically compensates for changes in operating conditions without requiring an additional gas adjustment, a direct-drive air butterfly that eliminates linkage which can slip or jam during operation, and it is ideal for emission-sensitive processes due to Low NOx, CO and aldehydes. Overall, with the RatioMatic burner Eclipse engineers have created an air-heating burner that offers robust and reliable performance.

Winnox - Air Heating Burners

Winnox Burners are Designed to Comply with Global Emissions Mandates. Easy to set up and operate, low NOx Winnox burners are ideal for air heating and oven applications. Featuring a modular design, a variety of options and configurations are available. Each burner incorporates direct-spark ignition and an air/gas regulator resulting in efficient firing over a wide gas turn down range, all done at a controlled ratio. Winnox burners feature an intense, short, swirled flame completely contained within the firing tube. The burner nozzle produces an intense mixing of air and fuel, resulting in extremely low emissions.

ThermJet - Fire Burners

ThermJet Direct Fire Burners Feature the Highest Flame Velocities Available. The industry standard for velocity burners, the low NOx ThermJet represents a technological leap forward in every area of design and performance. Comparison tests show that ThermJet delivers the lowest emissions of any competitive model. Integrated gas and air orifices simplify burner piping, set-up and adjustment. Air and gas inlets are independently adjustable in 90-degree increments to suit a variety of piping alternatives. The burners are available in 14 sizes with maximum capacities ranging from 150,000 to 20,000,000 Btu/hr. All models are also available for use with preheated combustion air. Installation, operation and maintenance are simple and cost effective. ThermJet direct fire burners are made to last - with rugged Eclipse dependability and reliability built in.

ThermJet - Self-Recuperative Burner

ThermJet Self-Recuperative Burners Combine a High Velocity Flame with Fuel Saving Recuperation. The low NOx TJSR V5 is a direct fired, self-recuperative burner built with Eclipse`s industry proven ThermJet technology. Featuring advanced burner design, these burners combine a high velocity flame with fuel saving recuperation. A space-saving integral educator pulls the furnace exhaust through an internal ceramic recuperator. The recuperator preheats the incoming combustion air to high levels, which improves furnace efficiency in reducing fuel by as much as 50% over typical ambient air burners. The TJSR V5 design also eliminates the need for hot air duct work normally required by external recuperators, providing additional savings in hardware and installation. The internally insulated heat exchanger and exhaust housing hold heat in the recuperative section, thus increasing heat recovery efficiency.

Tube Firing Burners

Tube Firing Burner (TFB)

Eclipse low emissions TFB burners are designed to fire radiant and immersion tubes with inputs from 300,000 to 2,000,000 Btu/hr. With a vigorous spinning action, the unique nozzle design creates an intense adjustable length flame. This long, spiraling flame results in cleaner combustion, efficient heat transfer and more precise, uniform tube temperatures. In addition, the flame scrubs the inside of the fire tubes to remove the gas film boundary layer and increase heat-transfer effectiveness with outstanding temperature uniformity. Not only do these factors contribute to longer tube life, they also ensure consistent uniform process heating.

Bayonet - Heat Exchangers

Bayonet recuperators are low cost conventional heat exchangers designed to deliver preheated combustion air to the burner. They`re frequently paired with tube firing burners to provide fuel savings up to 30%.

Miscellaneous Burners

Incini - Cone Burner

Incini-Cone burners are designed for fume incineration and the after-heating of exhaust from turbines, dryers, ovens and similar equipment. The burner is mounted in the exhaust duct and requires the exhaust stream to supply all of the oxygen needed for complete combustion. Burner assemblies include the burner body, gas or oil gun, gas pilot with ignition plug and peepsight. Nine sizes are available for this gas or oil firing incineration burner.
