Ecoprogetti - Flexible Stringer Machine for Solar Cells

The ETS 3000 is a fully automatic solar cell stringer machine designed for high-precision and high-speed soldering in photovoltaic production. With the capability to handle various types of solar cells such as TOPCon, HJT, Back contact and PERC this machine ensures exceptional soldering accuracy, supporting cell sizes from M6 to G12. Equipped with advanced infrared soldering technology, the ETS 3000 maximizes production throughput.

Ecoprogetti - High Speed Stringer for Solar Pv Panels

The ETS6000 is our fastest infrared stringer machine designed to solder TOPCon, Back contact,  HJT, PERC solar cells into strings at a throughput of 6000 cells/hour for half cut cells. The stringer can work with cells’ sizes from 182 to 230 mm (9 to 24 BB/Wire) full and half-cut.

The ECOGLASS R is a cutting-edge glass layup robot tailored for the solar panel industry. Designed to handle up to 200 glasses per hour, this robot streamlines the glass layup process with dual pallet positions to ensure continuous production. It not only automates the lifting and precise placement of glass but also integrates a sophisticated paper removal system, using a vacuum to collect and grind waste into a dedicated bin for easy disposal.

Ecoprogetti - Double Glass Layup Robot for Solar Panels

The ECOGLASS R 2nd precisely positions glass over a PV panel that has already undergone several production steps, aimed at making double glass solar panels. It accommodates various sizes and shapes of glass with a robotic loading station that maintains continuous operation. After removing protective paper with a vacuum system, the robot aligns the glass extremely accurately over the ribbon exit usually in the middle of the pv panel.

The ECOLAYUP R enhances solar module production with its sophisticated robotic system, specifically engineered to handle and accurately place PV strings on glass substrates. This robot optimizes the layup process with a precision camera system that ensures accurate alignment and placement, enabling optimal electrical connectivity. Capable of working seamlessly with up to one ETS6000 or one ETS3000 stringer machine, the ECOLAYUP R efficiently processes up to 400 strings per hour and supports module sizes up to 2500 x 1400 mm.

The ECOBUSSING automates induction soldering for string interconnections of solar panels, managing the cutting and bending of ribbons. It’s compatible with any bus bar/wire count and efficiently solders with Ecoprogetti’s patented system. The machine can bend the ribbon to fit the requirements of your specific PV panel. Also Vertical ribbon, U-bend, L-bend and overlapped ribbon.

Ecoprogetti - First In, First Out (FIFO) Storage System

The BUFFER FIFO 15 is a compact First In, First Out (FIFO) storage system for solar modules. It can store up to 15 modules and features soft plastic covers to protect delicate materials. Equipped with an automatic roller rack and PLC touchscreen, it supports both storage mode and a straight-through function. Suitable for module formats up to 2500 x 1400 mm, including Glass-Glass modules.

Ecoprogetti - First In, First Out (FIFO) Storage System

The BUFFER FIFO 30 is a high-capacity First In, First Out (FIFO) storage system for solar modules. It features an Automatic Axis Pick & Place system and a long edge forward configuration. With a stacking capacity of 30 modules (optionally expandable to 50), it is ideal for managing high production volumes. The system includes adjustable timing for automated panel discharge and offers an auto discharge function. An automatic drawer allows for individual panel discharge when needed, providing flexibility in handling and storage.
