EC700 allows the calculation of the energy performance of buildings in accordance with the UNI/TS 11300 technical specification, taking into account all the services envisaged by the UNI/TS 11300-5 technical specification (heating, cooling, domestic hot water, ventilation, energy needs of escalators and elevators, and lighting). The software, characterised by a modular structure, constitutes the basic calculation engine. The combination with multiple related modules, integrated into the basic calculation engine or dialoguing with it, allows the designer to perform all activities related to design and energy calculations (tax bonuses, energy certification, verification of legal requirements, energy diagnosis, heat accounting, integrated design and acoustics).

EC706 is an extension of the base module EC700 - Energy performance of building, according to UNI/TS 11300 Technical Specification. EC706 works only if EC700 is already installed. In the present version, the calculation can be carried out according to two alternative methods: using the Carrier-Pizzetti Method or following the Hourly Dynamic Method UNI EN ISO 52016. The following contributions to the cooling load are taken into account: solar radiation, thermal transmission, ventilation, occupancy, electric appliances and other internal loads.

EC709 calculates the linear thermal transmittance of thermal bridges as a function of selected design parameters according to the procedures defined in the standards EN ISO 10211 and EN ISO 14683. EC709 can be used either stand-alone or as an additional module fully integrated within EC700 Energy performance calculation software.

EC720 was created to support designers that need a quick and fast evaluation of energy performance improvement actions. EC720 is an extension of the base module EC700, energy performance calculation according to UNI-TS 11300 Technical Specification. EC720 works only if EC700 is already installed.
