Substation Test Set
This primary current injection testing system is designed to perform primary tests requested in substations commissioning. It allows to perform accurate tests on CTs, VTs, PTs and ground grid. Primary injection testing capabilities up to 3000 A with the optional module BUX 3000. Power dissipation factor test with the optional module TD 5000 (voltage up to 12 kV).
Tan Delta
Function: Tan Delta, capacitance, dissipation factor measurements and for exciting current test.
Substation & Power Transformers Testing
Function: Testing all relay technologies: electromechanical, solid state, numerical and IEC61850. Manual control with colour display. High current outputs: 6 x 32 A, 3 x 64 A,1 x 128 A. High power outputs: 6 x 430 VA, 3 x 860 VA, 1 x 1000 VA. High accuracy outputs: better than 0.05%.
Circuit Breaker Analyser and Microhmmeter
Function: Circuit Breaker timing test set suitable for EHV, HV and MV circuit breaker. Built-in 200 A microhmmeter - static and dynamic contact resistance measurement. 6 main and 6 resistive contact inputs. Up to 4 trip/close coils control. 7 Analogue inputs. 4 auxiliary timing contact. Circuit Breaker test with two ends connected to ground (BSG option). Cross trigger for the synchronization of up to 4 CBA 1000.
Current Booster
Function: Maximum current up to 3000A. Designed to avoid the power losses due to long cables connections. Connected to STS 5000, T 2000 or T 3000 unit with long (up to 20 m) low power control cable.
