In-plant Holiday Detectors ISOTEST act

ISOTEST - Plant Holiday Detector
The ISOTEST® act 8.0 and ISOTEST® act 35 holiday detectors are designed for non-destructive testing of non-conductive or slightly conductive materials such as PE, PP layers, foils, and rubber coatings. These devices offer adjustable test voltage ranges from 0.5 to 8.0 kV in increments of 0.5 kV for the ISOTEST® act 8.0 and from 7.5 to 35 kV in increments of 2.5 kV for the ISOTEST® act 35. Users can rely on load-dependent voltage stabilization and selectable filter settings to adapt the testing parameters to specific conditions. The detectors support up to 6 test channels in master/slave mode, ensuring comprehensive testing capabilities. They meet relevant safety and EMC standards (DIN EN / ISO / DVGW) and carry the CE label. Operational features include continuous operation capability, a detection counter, multilingual menu, and potential-free signal outputs for external monitoring. With a housing size of 380 x 210 x 300 mm and a weight of 12 kg, these units are robust and compact, suitable for harsh industrial environments.

ISOTEST - In-plant Holiday Detector System
The ISOTEST act P2 In-plant Holiday Detector System is designed for thorough inspection of industrial pipe coatings, including FBE and 3 layer PE/PP. It operates with test voltages from 2.5 kV to 25.0 kV, providing flexibility in detecting holidays and other coating damages. Its multi-channel capability supports up to 6 test channels configured in master/slave mode, and it is powered by a wide range voltage supply (100-240 VAC or 90-375 VDC). The system ensures high operational reliability with continuous operation across three shifts, stabilizing test voltage through load-dependent regulation. Indications of porosity and operational alerts are documented via display indications and potential-free contacts. The ISOTEST act P2 maintains compliance with all relevant safety and EMC standards, including DIN EN, ISO, and DVGW. With a high testing speed of up to 1200 mm/s and robust environmental tolerances (0°C to +50°C at a max 60% relative humidity at 30°C), this system is suited for rigorous industrial application.
