Air-oil heat exchangers are used for cooling hydraulic oil and fluid through forced ventilation. Our products are suited to  harsh and continuous working conditions. The EMMEGI series includes a vast choice of high efficiency models; long life materials ensure a reliable and high-quality installation.

The TK heat exchangers include an oil tank. They are used to cool down closed-circuit hydraulic systems.

Water-oil exchangers are used to cooling down hydraulic oil or other fluids using water as a cooling medium.. The EMMEGI series includes a range of models with high-efficiency. These coolers are shell and tube construction, plate coolers are also available.

Plate-type exchangers are made of corrugated stamped plates. The plates have a 180° orientation in order to create a grid. Fluids are normally routed in a counter-flow pattern. Plates are fused together using a brazing material with a lower melting point that the plate, itself this is normally copper or nickel.The brazing takes place in a vaccum furnace resulting in a robust long lasting joint.

Where there is the presence of hazardous gas in industrial applications and the Customer must need a safe cooling system for hydraulic Oil, EMMEGI have the solution for an ATEX application.
