HART - Loop-Powered Indicator for 4…20 mA or HART Signals
The process indicator is available with 4...20 mA or with HART protocol. In the HART version up to 4 measured values of one sensor can be indicated in alternation. For this the indicator can be set as primary or secondary HART master and actively inquire the values from the sensor. The small voltage drop of < 1V (< 1.9 V with HART) is a huge advantage especially in Ex-applications, where in most cases only a reduced voltage is available.
EngyCal - BTU Meter
The BTU meter RH33 is used in applications with liquid energy carriers. It calculates the thermal energy of water acc. to EN1434, glycol/water mixtures or other fluids such as thermal oils. Temperature sensor matching using calibrated temperature sensors is done in the device. Potential for cost savings can be shown by using the software available as an accessory. The device has a custody transfer approval and allows bi-directional measurement, e.g. charging/discharging of a heat accumulator.
Loop-Powered Field Indicator
Excellent readable indication of a 4…20 mA signal on-site for a better process overview! The indicator shows the measured signal on the large, backlit display. An additional bar graph gives a quick process overview and a plain text field displays further information like the engineering unit or TAG. Limit value infringements are also signalized and an open collector can be switched. No separate power supply is required, the indicator is powered directly from the 4...20 mA loop. The housing is available in aluminum and in stainless steel as well as with an optional Ex d approval.

For applications in hazardous areas the device is available with Ex approvals.
Loop Powered Passive Barrier
One or two-channel barrier for the safe separation of 4...20 mA standard signal circuits. The RB223 passive barrier can be used to galvanically isolate active signal circuits (0 to 20 mA) in three applications: Transmission from non-Ex to Ex areas e.g for active adjusters, controllers or indicators, Transmission from Ex to non-Ex areas for connection of active, intrinsically safe circuits to the PLC, Transmission from Ex to non-Ex areas for supply of intrinsically safe transmitters with non-intrinsically safe transmitter power supply.
Flow and Energy Manager
Universal flow and energy computer for gases, liquids and steam. The flow and energy manager RMC621 calculates standard volume as well as mass and energy flows of natural and technical gases, fluids and steam from flow, pressure, temperature and density. Depending on the medium calculation of the energy values occurs according to international standards (IAPWSIF97, SGERG88), real gas equations (SRK) or specific tables. For differential pressure measurements coefficients for flow compensation are calculated over the complete operating range of the flow sensor.
Steam and Heat Computer
Steam and heat computer for industrial energy calculation of steam and water. The steam and heat computer RMS621 calculates steam mass, steam heat quantity, net steam quantity, steam-heat differential, water heat quantity and water-heat differential in up to 3 simultaneous applications. Bi-directional and splitting range measurements are possible. It supports analog, PFM or pulse signals for flow and pressure sensors. Temperature sensors can be connected in 3- or 4-wire connection or via transmitter. A loop power supply is available for each analog or pulse input.
Primary Switched-Mode Power Supply for DIN Rail
Power supply for one 4 wire sensor or transmitter. The power supply has one output for supplying voltage to 4 wire sensors and transmitters. Connection to mono-phased a.c. networks or to two phase conductors of three-phase supply networks (TN-, TT- or IT-networks as per VDE 0100 T 300/IEC 364-3) with 100-240 V AC nominal voltage possible.
Transmitter Supply for DIN Rail
Power supply for two 2 wire sensors or transmitters. The power supply has two galvanically isolated outputs for supplying voltage to sensors and transmitters. A built-in communication resistance enables bidirectional HART® communication with SMART sensors and transmitters.
