Retail Electricity

Natural Gas & LNG

Operating for nearly 45 years, the Everett LNG Terminal near Boston, Mass., is the No. 1 LNG facility operator in the United States today, and it maintains a proven history of innovation and an exemplary record of safety and reliable operation. The company serves nearly every gas utility and key power producer in New England. ENGIE also operates an LNG fueling station providing to long-haul vehicles an increasingly popular alternative to diesel. LNG emits 20 percent less carbon dioxide than diesel fuel, is less expensive, runs quieter and affords vehicles with more power than diesel.

Power Generation

In the United States and Canada, ENGIE owns and/or operates cogeneration, steam, and chilled water facilities, representing a capacity of approximately 11,300 MW of electricity generation. The North America renewables portfolio consists of wind, solar and biomass/biogas assets, with a capacity of close to 1,000 MW. In Canada, ENGIE is among the Top 5 wind developers, with assets in Ontario, the Maritimes and British Columbia.
