Silver Conductive Ink
CI-1036 is silver conductive ink designed for superior durability and crease resistance along with low resistance and long screen residence time. The main uses of CI-1036 are for switches that are subject to deformation e.g. poly-doming or intentional creasing or flexing e.g. tail fold-over. CI-1036 shows excellent adhesion to print treated polyester.

TRUFLEX - Thermostatic Bimetal
Discgrade Thermostatic Bimetal
Snap Disc Thermostatic Bimetal is typically a very thin material (t < 0.3mm) that is formed into a concave element. The element is heated either by changes in ambient temperature or through internal resistive heating in current carrying applications. As the temperature of the metal increases so does the stress level within the Bimetal element. Internal stresses increase with temperature until – “SNAP” – the concave element inverts and becomes convex. The temperature at which the bimetal element snaps (becomes convex) and the temperature at which it reverts to its original shape can be precisely calibrated by using our different forming techniques.
Electrical Grade Thermostatic Bimetal
Electrical Grade: Electrical Grade Thermostatic Bimetal is widely used in Circuit Breakers, Appliances, Automobiles, and other applications where there is a need to sense and react to temperature changes. Electrical Grade Bimetal is typically thicker (T > 0.3mm) and moves linearly as a function of a rise in temperature. It is also often a current carrying element in an end application. Whether it is protecting your home’s electrical circuits, controlling your oven temperature, or making sure your car does not overheat, our Electrical Grade Thermostatic Bimetal can offer you the most reliable and cost effective solution to these sensing and control concerns.
