The Envantage Middle Distillates Analyzer is a turn-key system that provides group-type separation of aromatic hydrocarbons and non-aromatic hydrocarbons in diesel fuel and petroleum distillates boiling in the range of 150 to 400°C. The method provides compositional information for three group-types: mono-aromatic, di-aromatic, and tri+ aromatic hydrocarbons. The analyzer meets the precision and quality control specifications established in the ASTM D6591-11 (and the equivalent IP548-06) standard test method.

The Envantage Aviation Fuels Analyzer provides determination of mono-aromatic and di-aromatic hydrocarbon group types in aviation kerosenes, jet fuels (Jet A, Jet A-1) and petroleum distillates (50-300°C) using HPLC with Refractive Index Detection (RID).   The test method is applicable for petroleum distillates with mono-aromatic hydrocarbon content of 10-25 % m/m and di-aromatic content of 0-7 % m/m.  The  analyzer meets the precision and quality control specifications of the ASTM D6379 (and the equivalent IP436) standard test method.

Envantage Biodiesel/FAME in Diesel Analyzer is a rugged, small footprint (2 foot by 2 foot) analyzer that utilizes mid-infrared spectroscopy to determine content of fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) biodiesel in diesel fuel per ASTM D7371. Calibration models have been developed, validated, and tested, and are built into the dedicated QA/QC PC-based software package included with the system. Instruments installed in refinery labs report that operation requires minimal PC skills, user training, and maintenance, and all data is saved automatically, thus eliminating potential for data loss.

Envantage SimDist GCs feature Envantage’s own  Dragon II Simdis software.  Utilizing a “less is more” hardware approach for ease of operation and maintenance, we deliver AND support full-range simulated distillation bundled analyzers built on the widest variety of manufacturer’s model GCs and data systems, with configurations based upon ASTM, IP, DIN, ISO, and customized methods covering the boiling range for gasoline, jet/diesel, lubricants, biodiesel, crude, and residual sample types.
