The AS640 is compact, lightweight and agile — and the most affordable self-propelled sprayer in the industry. This model is built for the farmer who wants to upgrade to a self-propelled and spray on their own or the larger producer that needs an agile extra sprayer. With a 4-speed JCB power shifting transmission and 173 hp Cummins engine, our lightest Apache Sprayer still provides you the power to climb your toughest grades and get you through your most unfavorable ground conditions. Just like all Apache sprayers, the AS840 is fuel-efficient, reliable, and provides leading operator comfort with state-of-the-art noise dampening inside the cab, a positive-position joystick and Bluetooth® capabilities. Get going on the road at speeds up to 30 mph (48.3 kph) and 90 gallons in the tank.

We don’t sacrifice comfort. Our 1,000-gallon AS1040 sprayer fits perfectly for most any farming operation size. A durable ZF 6-speed power shifting transmission, equipped with a lock-up torque converter, doubles the engine’s torque. The lock-up function couples the engine to the transmission, creating a direct drive transmission. Our transmissions are battle tested year-round in extreme conditions by world-class off-highway heavy equipment makers. You get the shifting power you need, without the added weight.
