Energy Facilities - Energy Plants

Eralp - Natural Gas And Liquid Fuel Fired Power Plants

As Eralp boiler, we produce Waste Heat Boilers, Auxiliary Boilers, Bundle for Natural Gas Power Plants and High Frequency Welded finned tubes for Bundle, of which we are the only manufacturer in Turkey. Due to the large capacity and volume of Main Boilers, they are generally designed and produced as a modules. Auxiliary boilers used in the system are the boilers used during the start up of the main boiler. Although auxiliary boilers are generally produced as water tube boilers, it is also possible to make them with smoke tubes.

Eralp - Goal and Solid Fuel Firing Power Plants

We use coal as solid fuel in our solid fuel boiler system. Depending on the properties of the coal (fuel analysis, dimensions and customer requests, etc.), Eralp can design and produce moving grate or fluidized bed boiler systems. Our company can design and manufacture Coal and Solid Fuel Boiler Systems according to fluidized bed and moving grid technology, and carries out all processes such as installation and commissioning. We use patented technologies in Fluidized bed and Water tube boilers. We provide efficient, safer and high working availibility with our systems which flue gas emission values meet the European Union environmental and emission criteria.

Eralp - Biomass Fueled Power Plants

The fuels used in bşomass plants are generally forest residues, tree roots, vegetable and agricultural wastes, agricultural wastes, industrial wastes, domestic wastes and animal wastes. Superheated steam is produced in water tube steam boilers using biomass waste. The produced superheated steam is sent to the turbine to produce electrical energy. Biomass boilers are also called environmentally friendly boilers because they eliminate waste. It is produced as Fluidized Bed, Rotary Grate and Moving Grate depending on the fuel type.

Plants with heat and electricity generation are called Cogeneration plants, and plants with cooling in addition to heat and electricity generation are called Trigeneration plants. The heat source is usually Turbine and Gas Engine, but can also be waste heat recovery unit and generators. They are preferred due to their high total system efficiency (up to 90%-95%), independence from the grid, environmental friendliness, and low operating costs.

Sludge, Garbage, Waste Incineration and Disposal Facilities

Eralp - Garbage & Waste Incineration Plants

The basic functions of garbage and waste incineration disposal facilities are to produce thermal energy by burning the collected garbage and waste and to safely dispose of the remaining residues. These facilities aim to reduce waste and minimize environmental impacts while producing energy by burning fuels such as waste collected from industrial facilities and homes, non-recyclable solid waste, waste derived fuels (RDF), paper sludge, separated Municipal Solid Waste and other Industrial process wastes. These facilities are designed and operated in accordance with modern environmental management principles, thus minimizing air and water pollution.



Eralp - Sludge Incineration Plants

Fluidized bed Insinator which is the core component of Sludge Incineration Plants is used the disposal of collected sludge. The sewage sludge which are processed with drying or directly as without drying can be possible to disposal with fluidized bed incinerators. Advantages such as high combustion efficiency, low gas emission, comfortable response of sudden load changes, long life and long incineration time, and controllability of sulfur in the bed have highlighted fluidized bed systems.
