Eralp - Heat Treatment Furnace
Heat treatment of cold-formed materials such as dish heads specified in the standards used in the manufacture of pressure vessels and some materials of certain thicknesses specified in the standards is mandatory. Heat treatments up to 1000°C can be carried out in our furnace; Normalisation at temperatures between 890-930°C. Stress-relief processes between 590-620°C are used to eliminate stresses caused by heat input. Tempering. Tempering and heat treatment can be carried out according to the customer’s requirements.
Periodic Maintenance Checks Services
As Eralp, we provide service for all our equipment within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours, depending on the distance.
In addition to this service, we also carry out annual periodic checks at the request of our customers. These detailed checks take approximately 2 days and we check the entire system with 1 electrical and 1 mechanical supervisor.

Since 2019, more than 30 researchers who are experts in their fields and have Ph.D. and Master’s degrees in various fields of science have been working in our first and only R&D centre for pressure vessels in Turkey to increase product quality and standards to the highest level, develop new products, develop new production technologies, and standardise.
