Based on our experience with combustion systems ERK has developed a bubbling fluidised bed (BFB) technology capable of burning biomass and waste feedstocks, thereby achieving high fuel burnout, low NOx emissions and low part-load operation. The combustion system is fully integrated into the boiler and can be preassembled in the workshop to minimise site work. Some units were transported to site fully assembled.
