TESLA 4000 Power System Recorder with CDR, PMU and IEC 61850 process and station bus protocols. TESLA 4000 provides support for IEC 61850-9-2LE process bus Sampled Values and IEC 61850-8-1 station bus applications. It implements mapping according to IEC 61850 edition 2 logical nodes and data models. Use the TESLA 4000 to subscribe sampled values streams from merging units. Apply the Model 4000-SV to publish and subscribe to GOOSE messages from protective relays and switchgear. The Model 4000-SV also supports direct streaming of MMS reports to remote clients, eliminating the need for RTUs. The Model 4000-SV supports the top-down or bottom-up engineering process defined in the IEC 61850-6 standard. Such flexibility permits standardization and interoperability of fault and disturbance recording solutions as the industry moves towards fully digital substations.

The TESLA Portable 4000 is a multi-time frame power system monitoring recorder within a portable metal enclosure. Featuring a robust 19" 3U rack-mount enclosure, TESLA Portable is suitable for temporary installation or short-term monitoring applications. Available in 2 models, customers may choose between “36 analog/64 digital inputs/8 digital outputs” or “18 analog/32 digital inputs/4 digital outputs”. TESLA Portable can accommodate current modules, voltage modules, dc isolation modules or split core CTs, which can mount up to 1200 meters from the recorder chassis. Lightweight and robust, TESLA Portable wheels easily, includes shock absorbant padding and meets airline carry on regulations.

Apply the L-PRO 4000 system for high-speed distance and directional protection and complete control in multi-breaker applications typically found in ring or breaker-and-a-half substation arrangements.

The B-PRO 4000 relay also provides control, automation, metering, monitoring, high capacity for DFR quality fault oscillography, dynamic swing recording and sequence of events logging. The B-PRO 4000 relay is suitable for simple bus applications with up to 6 feeders and 2 differential zones with breaker failure, or 4 feeders and 1 transformer, including separate full transformer differential protection.
