ESM supports the industry with bushings developed to meet the specific requirements of each application. Those products are typically used to support gearboxes as part of the three-point suspension of the drivetrain.

Axial pre-stressable bushings are an innovative system from ESM for numerous applications. They can be used for example in the form of elastomeric couplings. During installation, there is a small radial clearance between the bushing and the boring, allowing the bushing to be easily inserted axially. When the bushing is stressed axially, it expands in a radial direction and is pressed firmly against the boring. If required, the bushing can be easily and safely removed by relieving the pre-stressing.
