The ESPE FX range is the 50, 60, 75, 100 kW wind turbine generator family capable of starting up when the wind speed reaches 2.8 m/s. Once the wind speed reaches 9.5 m/s the blade is at its rated power which, thanks to an aerospace type conceptual design, it will maintain until a speed of 25 m/s, the wind speed over which the WTG will go into safety conditions in just 5 seconds. All of this takes place by means of braking devices and preloaded elastic energy accumulation devices in order to ensure that even in the most adverse conditions the WTG will still be able to go into safety conditions.

Our ES series wind turbines are recognized for their outstanding performance, durability and unrivalled run time, and our product range includes the first and only ATEX approved turbine in the world. We stand out from other small wind turbines due to a unique delta rotor design, which allows our turbines to regulate their speed. As the wind gets stronger, the blades pitch and cone ensuring our turbines maintain a high output even in the fiercest storms- unlike other turbines which need to be put on brake to protect themselves.

The ES3 Micro Wind turbine is the smallest turbine in the ESPE Wind range and is ideally suited for remote access sites, small domestic properties, telecoms and off-grid applications. Offering an unrivalled 25+ year track record, the KW3 is amongst the most sought after small wind turbine in the world.

ESPE is the most popular turbine in our range, regarded by many as the turbine of choice. Ideally suited for rural domestic, farmers, land owners and light industrial applications. It is fully certified under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS), and is therefore eligible for Feed-in Tariffs and Regional Incentives.

The ESPE EasyLife PX series is composed of completely automatic (ignition, regulation, cleaning) pellet boilers with a very similar management to that of traditional boilers. ESPE EasyLife boilers are highly compact and suited to the needs of the most extreme space restrictions and offer one of the best value for money ratios on the market thanks to their high technological content. The fuel tank has a capacity of 180 kg to reach an autonomy of 1 week without loading, the burner is constructed in stainless steel, ash extraction is automatic into special external drawers and it is equipped with a lambda sond for complete, automatic regulation. Available accessories include a supplementary 500 kg tank with its feed screw up to 5m, a primary pump kit with anti-condensation valve and thermal exhaust valve, a 600 to 3000 litre storage puffer tank, and an instantaneous plate heat exchanger for ACS production. 10 to 70 kW thermal kW power available.

ESPE EasyLife PG are reverse flame gasification log wood boilers: they gasify at very high temperatures in a dedicated chamber, making the best use out of the calorific value of the fuel. They are equipped with very large loading compartments and can in fact heat speces of up to 380m². Accessories: primary pump kit with anti-condensation valve and thermal exhaust valve, 600 to 3000 litre storage puffer tank, instantaneous plate heat exchanger for ACS production. Simple construction and cost effective to manage. The ESPE EasyLife PG boilers series is perfect for operations that do not require Class 5 certification, without sacrificing efficiency and high performance: boilers achieve an efficiency of over 91%. 20 to 32 kW thermal kW power.

This type of boilers are our latest release: ESPE EasyLife CX boilers are all equipped with movable grates and are also completely automatic (ignition, regulation, cleaning) and operate with different types of fuel (wood chips, pellets and kernel). Ashes are automatically conveyed and stored in special external drawers. Ashes are from both combustion and turbolator cleaning residue, as well automatic (in accordance with Ecochar standard). The entire ESPE EasyLife CX series is certified Class 5. Other accessories in addition to storage with puffer, plate exchangers and stainless steel immersion coils include the loading and dispensing system with spring and automatic fuel extraction screw.

The perfect solution to meet thermal energy needs at low cost and to contribute to the large-scale diffusion of small-medium heating plants primarily functioning on wood chips. The B•Compact system is pre-assembled and tested in the Grantorto (PD) and San Pietro in Gu (PD) production factories. Thanks to its highly portable configuration, it has become a benchmark in terms of installation simplicity: simply set up hydraulic and electrical connections and prepare a solid base (CLS or stabilised slab).

The experience gained since 1974 in design and construction of electrical systems and industrial automation has benn essential in building the CHiP50, the cogenerator designed for small and medium sized businesses that need heat.

ESPE has been designing and building hydroelectric plants throughout Italy and Romania with the purpose of producing clean energy, without affecting the surrounding area from an environmental and landscape point of view. The activity of ESPE does not end with the construction of energy plants, but also includes the development of innovative technological systems aimed at optimising the yield of hydroelectric power plants.
