In particular we are extensively involved in the manufacture and supply of replacement pressure parts for Water Tube Boilers including:- Generation Bank Tubes – Furnace Walls – Fin Tubes and Fin Panels – Superheaters – Economisers and the relevant Headers all supplied as single items or shop assembled units.

European Heathyards are a market leading manufacturer of pressure vessels, ranging from small diameter units to high pressure steam drums for large power generation boilers. We have been manufacturing high integrity pressure vessels, vacuum tanks and mixing pans for the power generation, petrochemical, and food processing industries for nearly four decades. Material inspection includes full certification, spectrographic verification, process procedure control and full certification of welds and processes, and extensive weld procedure approvals at all times.

European Heathyards has been manufacturing high integrity tubular heat exchangers, for the power generation, refrigeration, petrochemical and food processing industries since 1974. Accordingly our heat exchanger fabrications can vary from single tube cooling coils to completely assembled tubular heat exchangers. All our fabrications are delivered ready for site installation utilising a wide variety of materials and various forms of extended surface.
