The XLMii Fiber Optic Light Source is a compact, white light, LED light source for OEM medical applications such as endoscopy, surgical microscopy and headlamp systems. The XLMii features pre-designed, configurable components that can be quickly and easily adapted to specific customer requirements minimizing design investment. As a result, product design for the most critical medical lighting requirements can be significantly reduced, allowing for shorter time-to-market.

Our Series of LED Fiber Optic Illuminators and Modules are based on state-of-the-art solid state lighting technology. The LED light sources are designed to couple high-intensity white light into fiber optic bundles for applications such as endoscopy, headlamps, microscopy, industrial borescopes, inspection systems, and machine vision.  These LED-based products offer an energy-efficient, maintenance-free alternative to halogen and metal-halide lamp-based fiber optic illuminators.
