Excess Engineering has a range of in-house engineering analysis tools and experienced, qualified team members to properly use them. By utilizing industry standard tools such as ANSYS, FEBDOK, and FEMM for electro magnetic analysis, motor calculations and sizing, Excess Engineering provides analysis services and performs the analysis required to properly verify our designs against project, client, and industry requirements.

Our team of experts are dedicated to helping your company with 3D model designing and high quality and rapid 3D printing of parts for subsea and other environments applications. Our 3D printing capability is based upon experience, producing parts for designs and for products used in Offshore Oil & Gas and in other marine applications.

Excess Engineering has an 100 sq m Electronic Workshop for development and testing of software and components. Through our sister company, Kverneland Aqua, we have access to professional workshop facilities for manufacturing, assembly and machining services.
