The new AGILE formwork system is designed to meet the needs between the heavy and light wall system. It is designed to allow casting with pressures up to 70 kN/m² as well as withstand hydrostatic pressure up to casting heights of 3.00 m. The panels of the new system are created with a 100 mm wide profile and their shape is also optimised to facilitate panel alignment during assembly with both the fixed and adjustable clamp. The thread bar hole of the AGILE panel is made on the 15 mm multilayer by means of a protected hole so as to ensure greater panel durability and facilitate maintenance when replacing the multilayer without the need for welding.
