Integrity® is a low-profile, linear LED light bar with multi-color technology that offers police and firefighters a warning light solution to stay safe on the road. Through the Federal Signal Solaris® LED reflector technology, the Integrity light bar is engineered to increase off-axis warning and maximize the LED light source to eliminate dark spots and increase visibility.  Exclusive to Federal Signal, the SpectraLux® multi-color LED technology allows the light bar to change color through user-selected flash patterns between Amber, Blue, Green, Red, and White. At a steady position, in all-white mode, SpectraLux provides an impressive flood light to quickly illuminate an emergency scene. The Integrity light bar also has a built-in SignalMaster™ directional warning light option.

CN SignalMaster LED directional warning lights provide advanced warning and directional lights for police cars, fire trucks, and other emergency vehicles. The CN SignalMaster can quickly be changed from a warning light to a directional LED light with Federal Signal’s Spectralux® technology. SpectraLux multicolor LED technology allows for a single LED source to change while in motion. Built with Federal Signal’s exclusive Solaris® LED reflector design for superior light intensity, CN SignalMaster is available in color combinations of Amber, Blue, Green, Red, or White. White LED options can be used as directional, takedown, or impressive floodlights. Rear-facing models have a built-in SignalMaster as a directional warning light for oncoming traffic.

Federal Signal Navigator® is a linear, high-profile LED fire/police light bar that offers first responders a unique choice of using LED reflectors and LED rotators in one platform. Designed to fit the needs of multiple agencies, the Navigator options and overall flexibility can be used on fire apparatus, command/fleet vehicles, or police cars. Model 121ALED is a compact rotating warning light available in 24VDC, five colors and features a parabolic reflector that rotates around a 360-degree LED, providing 60 revolutions per minute in all directions. The zinc die-cast alloy base comes ready to surface or ½-inch NPT pipe mount. Optional brackets are available to simplify installation on walls or in corners. The twist and lock lens allows for easy access to inspect or replace the lamp. 121ALED is rated Type 4X, IP66 for a water- and dust-tight seal. The unit is also IP69K compliant to withstand high temperature and pressure washdowns. 121ALED is ideal in high-ambient and harsh applications where gaining attention is critical including emergency evacuation, hazardous area markings, overhead cranes, irrigation systems, and conveyor and machine start-ups.

Model 121X is an explosion-proof LED warning light available in 24VDC or 120VAC and five colors. It features a parabolic reflector that rotates around a 360-degree LED, providing 60 revolutions per minute in a horizontal plane. Model 121X can be combined with a pendant (PMXC-SB), ceiling (CMXC-SB) or wall (WMXC-SB) mount bracket and installed in any configuration – including dome up. Installation is simple – with the mounting box in place, the fixture is threaded onto the box, making the electrical connection. This corrosion-resistant unit’s copper-free aluminum housing is finished with a powder coat. Federal Signal’s rugged 121X LED warning light is designed for explosion-proof applications and corrosive environments. It is ideal for use in indoor or outdoor applications such as oil rigs, mines, refineries, and chemical plants.

Electraray® Model 225 is a compact, rotating warning light designed for industrial uses. Model 225 has a closed cell neoprene gasket that makes it water resistant. The injection molded reflector rotates around an LED lamp and produces 90 flashes per minute. It is available ready to mount on a 1/2-inch NPT pipe. Optional mounting brackets are available, simplifying installation on walls and in corners. Federal Signal’s Electraray rotating light is ideal for calling attention to emergency situations or process status changes.

Model 27XL explosion-proof LED light is unique to the market because it covers an entire range of possible mounting configurations – including dome up. Configurable to either steady-burning or flashing mode, 27XL provides improved performance over standard LEDs and increased versatility while maintaining low power consumption and vibration resistance expected from LED devices. The 27XL features a standard low in-rush circuitry design that provides greater compatibility with factory automation control systems and less electrical interference with in-rush sensitive devices. Corrosion resistance is achieved with a powder coat finish applied over the copper-free aluminum housing. Because it is easy to install and requires very low maintenance, it is ideal for use in areas such as oil rigs, mines, refineries, and chemical plants.

Model TELC Extension Ringer Combination Horn/Strobe can be activated by a telephone system ringing signal. TELC is specifically designed for use with an analog telephone. The ringing signal of 40-150VAC, 16-60Hz and local 120VAC power is all that is required to activate this model. This TelCom® device is intended to be mounted on a vertical surface such as a rigid wall or post. The TELC has a three conductor, six-foot, 120VAC power cord extending from the unit. Connecting the TelCom device to the telephone network is accomplished by running a modular telephone line cord (RJ11) to an existing jack or a duplex jack (customer supplied) into an existing modular jack. The TELC is designed with a durable zinc die-cast housing painted with gray powder coat enamel and feature an internal solid-state relay.
