Burner Controls - Efficiency Control

Fireye Nexus - Parallel Positioning System

The Fireye PPC4000 is a state of the art parallel positioning system for all types of liquid or gaseous fuel-fired combustion systems. When combined with a Fireye flame safeguard system such as the BurnerLogix™ control, the PPC4000 offers a compact parallel positioning system. As the newest member of the Nexus family, the PPC4000 provides precise control of burner air/fuel ratio via independent motors (Parallel Positioning) along with 4 servo channels for positioning motors directly powered from the controller. I t also provides sequencing/lead-lag control and simplified wiring via removable plug connectors. The system offers operating & logged data stored on SD card and user-programmable digital inputs.

Fireye Nexus - Parallel Positioning System

The Nexus® NXF4000 model offers integrated burner management with an electronic parallel positioning and O2 trim combustion control system. The Fireye NXF4000 is an advanced burner management controller with internal flame safeguard, designed to operate burners firing liquid or gaseous fuels. NXF4000 supports up to 4 servos per profile plus 2 VFD c channels, touchscreen interface, 15 configurable user input, valve proving, thermal shock protection, etc.

Fireye Nexus - Integrated Parallel Positioning System

The Nexus NX6100 Integrated Controller is a microprocessor-based, Flame Safeguard and parallel positioning combustion controller built into one compact, user-configurable package. The Fireye NX6100 supports up to 10 servomotors and has an optional 10.4" touchscreen display to show boiler operations and simplify the commissioning process.

Flame Scanners - Integrated Flame Scanners

Fireye InSight - Flame Scanner

The Fireye InSight II Type 95DSS3 flame scanners are microprocessor based flame scanners utilizing solid state infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) sensors.

Fireye Simplicity - Flame Scanner

The Fireye Simplicity™ 65UV5 self-checking scanners are used to detect ultraviolet emissions from fossil fuel flames such as natural gas, coke oven gas, propane, methane, butane, kerosene, light petroleum distillates and diesel fuels.

Gas Pilots

SureFire II - Natural Draught Gas Pilot

The SP-32-NG/PG-ND (32 mm outer diameter, NG - Natural gas or PG - Propane gas, ND - natural draught) gas pilot is a reliable and effective source of ignition for oil and gas burners. The pilot is constructed of high-quality materials, and each unit is checked and tested before dispatch. The SP-32-NG/PG-ND pilot can operate as an intermittent (light-off), or as a continuous gas pilot.

Burner Controls - Flame Safeguard Control

Fireye MicroM - Flame Safeguard Monitor

The Fireye MicroM Series Flame Safeguard Control is a compact, microprocessor-based, modular burner management system designed to provide automatic ignition and continuous flame monitoring for commercial heating and process equipment.

BurnerPRO - Flame Safeguard

The BurnerPRO™ provides the proper burner sequencing, ignition and continuous flame monitoring for commercial heating and process equipment firing oil and gas fuels. BurnerPRO Flame Safeguard (BP110UVF/BP230UVF) Control, with integrated flame safeguard and boiler control operation, provides simplified operation for single point applications. The system is designed for use in non-permanent operations that requires burner recycle at least once every 24 hours. Seven SMART LEDs provide current operating status and lockout information in the event of a safety shutdown.

Fireye - Flame Safeguard Monitor

The Flame-Monitor Flame Safeguard Series provides the proper burner sequencing, ignition and flame monitoring protection on automatically ignited oil, gas and combination fuel burners. On a safety shutdown, the display module will advise the operator that the control is in "Lockout" and indicate the cause as well as the position in the operating sequence that it occurred.

Igniters and Retractors

Fireye SureFire - High Energy Igniter

The Surefire II High-Energy Ignition System is used for direct spark ignition of most gas or liquid fuels used in oil or gas igniters or main burners. The High-Energy Ignition System is available in various versions. To ensure optimal operation, the first part of the ignition tip should always be in an ignitable fuel-air mixture, during all modes of operation.
