The model ST 80 is the result of evolution of this exchanger, giving the most as thermal efficiency, compactness, combined with extreme ruggedness. Using our patented system of elastic sealing, the ST 80 has become exceptionally safe against thermal shock and waterhammering.

Standard exchangers, particularly made for heavy duty ever with medium pressure ranges. The composition can be made with different choise of materials, all sort of combinations make this type of exchangers versatile enough to solve any problem of fluids, flows, even with high duty rating. Cooling surfaces from 0.3 to 30 sq. mt. For each standard model we’ve provided two types, “ A ” for Iow flowrate, “ B ” for high flowrate.

According to TEMA international standard the AEW/BEW configuration means a removable tube bundle with one fixed tube sheet and one removable tubesheet with 2 O-rings between a lantern ring to avoid contact of the fluids even in case of gasket breaking. Removable tube bundle allows an easy cleaning of the cooler, both shell and tube sides. The lantern ring, according to the W configuration of the TEMA, indicates possible leaking of flow.

The fixed tubebundle is the basic configuration, strong and efficient, available in many different materials to satisfy any combination of fluids and flows.
